CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are between we, us or our (Crane Dance ABN 93 428 509 580) and you, the person accepting these terms and conditions. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a school, you, in your individual capacity, represent and warrant that you are authorised to act on behalf of the school and to bind the school to these Terms.
Services
We will provide the Tableland J Camp to your child or the students in accordance with these Terms and in consideration for your payment of the Fee. We may provide the Services to your child or the students using our employees, contractors and third party providers (Our Personnel), and they are included in these Terms.
Booking and Payment
You as a school agree to submit us 1) Signed Principal Approval Form 2) Signed informed consent from parents/guardians 3) Summary of Special requirements i.e. dietary, medical, and others,
You as a parent or guardian agree to submit us 1) Registration form 2) Media consent form,
at least 3 weeks before the start date of the Camp. We will send you a confirmation email and invoice to complete your Booking.
You agree to pay the invoiced amount by the stipulated date.
Your obligations
Participants : You agree that your child or the students attending the Camp are from year 8, 9 and 10 or equivalent age groups and studying/learning Japanese at the time of the Camp.

Supervising staff : You as a school agree to provide one or more school staff from your school.
Health information: You agree to inform us of all medical, behavioural, and/or additional information, including allergies, special requirements, and medication relating to your child or the student, at the time of making a Booking or as soon as possible after. Medication can only be administered by Our Personnel or the school teachers accompanying with your signed permission and with our prior approval. If we approve the administration of a medication, the medication must be labelled with the student’s full name, dosage amount and instructions.
Pick-up and Drop-off: You agree that you or an authorised person noted on your Booking will make sure that your child or the students are ready to be picked-up at school or other organised pick-up point by leaving time which we arranged with Transport. The Transport will drop-off your child or the students at the same point after finishing the Camp. Your child or students are not allowed to be picked-up/dropped-off at the Camp separately unless your child is attending as an individual. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to be at the Camp at all times.
School support: You agree to inform students 1) Purpose of this Camp 2) What to bring
3) Camp rules ; All three are provided by us.
Sleeping arrangement: You as a school agree to make the sleeping arrangement for your students.
Behaviour policy
To ensure our Camp is fun and enjoyable for everyone and that everyone is able to learn and engage in a safe, positive, and friendly environment, we expect the student to follow our policies for standards of behaviour.
Cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation: You may cancel your Booking in writing or by emailing us.
Where you are late or cancel your Booking:
● if any of your child or student is late to be picked-up on the Start Date of the Camp, they will not be entitled to a refund for any missed portion of the Camp.
● if any of your child or students are removed from the Camp, they will not be entitled to a refund for any missed portion of the Camp unless for a medical reason.
● the day before the Start Date or the Start Date of the Camp for a medical reason and you provide a medical certificate for the student, we will provide a refund as much as we can after we consult other parties.
● on or after the Start Date of the Camp, you will not be entitled to a refund of any part of the Fee;
In this circumstance, school will be responsible for cancelling the Booking for the student.
Our cancellation: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, illness or a pandemic or government enforced lockdowns or shutdowns, you acknowledge that we may need to reschedule the date of your Booking. We may also need to reschedule the date of your Booking if we do not receive a certain number of participants for the Booking or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control.
The Fee paid for the original Booking will be refunded to the school.
We reserve the right to terminate a Booking at any time where you have disclosed a medical, behavioural, and/or additional information to us which we determine, we are unable to safely manage.
Termination of these Terms: Where a Booking is cancelled these Terms will also terminate. Your, or our, accrued rights, obligations and remedies are not affected by termination of these Terms.
