What is "High School Student Forum"? Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education is organising a "High School Student Forum" on 12 February 2022. Australian high school students are invited to participate in this event to experience the unique lectures with interesting themes online. Multinational high school students from different countries will participate in the lectures and discussions. Who can participate ? Anyone aged between 13 and 19 from; Local schools, Gap year, Home schooling and Distance Education. What do I have to do ? Participants will watch the video about the theme which they choose before the event and study the theme. In the event, you will discuss that theme in breakout sessions with others who have the same interests. What language is used in the lectures and discussion ? English only Plenary session and Themes are ? Keynote speech by Mr. Kenichiro MOGI - Japanese famous brain scientist. Overall theme is "Future, You and Choice (tentative) Breakout session theme : ① Science ② Sports ③ Culture and Arts ④ Food When is that on ? Saturday 12 February 2022 Session 1 : 11:00-13:05 (Qld time) Session 2: 14:30-16:35 (Qld Time) ※Session 1 and 2 will have the same contents. Participants can choose 1) Either Session 1 or 2 fixed or 2) Both sessions with different themes or 3) Either session, no specific time preference Do I have to watch the video before the event ?
