Media Release
I agree to participate in the “Tablelands J Camp” held on the Atherton Tablelands, and I hereby authorize CRANE DANCE and its agents to make full use of the following materials (from here on known as "the Material") for CRANE DANCE’s own purposes:
1. I acknowledge that CRANE DANCE is not obligated to make use of any Material listed in item 1 of this release form. Additionally, I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any remuneration, residuals, royalties, or any other form of payment from CRANE DANCE with respect to the Material.
2. I confirm that I hold no claim to copyright for any aspect or portion of the Material, and that copyright in the Material shall rest solely with CRANE DANCE.
3. I agree that the Material may be used across all formats and media, including but not limited to digital media, as representations, reproductions, or adaptations, either in whole or in part, alone or alongside other wording or illustrations, for all purposes including CRANE DANCE advertising and commercial uses without further consent or permission from me.
Producer/Photographer: Approved CRANE DANCE members or individuals authorized by those members, including commissioned photographers.
