Media Release 

  1. I agree to participate in “ Tablelands J Camp for Teachers“ held on the Atherton Tablelands hereby authorise CRANE DANCE its agents to make full use of:
  • Pictures of participant,
  • Videos of participant,
  • Participant’s voice,
  • Participant’s original materials  
(From here on known as ‘the Material’) for CRANE DANCE’s own purposes.
  1. I acknowledge that CRANE DANCE is not bound to make use of the Material listed in item 1 of this release form.
  2. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from CRANE DANCE in respect to the Material.
  3. I acknowledge that I have no claim to copyright in any aspect or portion of the Material and that copyright in the Material shall rest with CRANE DANCE.
  4. I agree that the Material may be used in all formats and media, including digital, as representations, reproductions or adaptations either complete or in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording or drawing, for all uses including CRANE DANCE advertising and commercial purposes without the need for further consent or permission from me.

Print Media, radio, television, posters and internet, including participation in video letters filming while on camp
Producer/photographer. 
Approved CRANE DANCE members or persons acting under those members’ permission or authority, such as commissioned photographer
