Why CraneDance and what does it mean?
Our logo represents the bridge we are building between Japan and the Atherton Tablelands. The logo's Sarus Cranes are commonplace in the fields on the Tablelands and Tancho Cranes hold an iconic place in Japan's historical and cultural fabric. The overlay of the Southern Cross on the Rising Sun is a blend of images from the respective national flags. Together these symbols represent our intent to create dreams and fulfill desires of people while deepening cultural understanding.
